Sweet Asian Ginger Chicken

This is one of our favorite Asian chicken recipes.  The chicken (about 10 to 14
chicken thighs, or more if boneless) should marinate for about half a day before
grilling.  We usually like to add extra ginger and crushed red pepper.  

1           Cup                Soy Sauce
¾          Cup                Finely Chopped Yellow Onions
1/3         Cup                Rice Wine Vinegar
¼          Cup                Honey
¼          Cup                Chopped Fresh Cilantro
2           Tbs                Sriracha (red pepper chili paste)
2           Tbs                White Sesame Seeds
2           Tbs                Chopped Fresh Gingerroot
2           Tbs                Minced Garlic
2           Tbs                Sesame Oil
½          Tbs                Crushed Red Pepper

I think this started as an Emeril recipe that we have modified over the years.
