Santa Maria Tri Tip Rub
1 Tbs Salt
1 Tbs Dried Parsley
1 ½ Tsp Pepper
1 ½ Tsp Garlic Powder
Rub the Tri tip with the mixture several hours before cooking. Barbeque using
oak wood.
