Tri Tip Marinade

1/2        Cup                A-1 Steak Sauce
1/2        Cup                Worcestershire Sauce
1/4        Cup                Zinfandel Wine (use a spicy one)
2           Tbs                Adolph's Meat Tenderizer

While the Tri Tip Roast is Marinating (several hours at least) finish the bottle of wine.  
Try barbequing using Peach wood if you can find it.
